"This is my go-to every night to relax before bed. I love everything peppermint so this helps calm my mind and my muscles before I go to bed. Sometimes I take it to work with me during those stressful days in the office or if I have a headache coming on just the slight smell of the peppermint changes my mood. I originally bought the roller and now I buy the bottle to refill the roller. I am on my fourth bottle so I've been using the peppermint Halo for a long time. It takes approximately 80 to 90 drops to fill the roller. I get four to five refills from the one bottle."
