Suggested Uses

  • Used topically in aromatherapy to alleviate symptoms of mild anxiety such as restlessness and nervousness by inducing relaxation.
  • Adults: Add 1 tablespoon to a full bath and swish the water gently so that the salts dissolve and disperse throughout the water
  • We suggest adding salts once you're ready to get in the tub, so the beneficial properties of the essential oils are not lost as they evaporate
  • We suggest a 20-30 minute soak for full restorative benefits
  • For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner

HOW TO STORE: For best results, store all essential oil-based products in a cool, dry area away from direct heat, light and exposure to oxygen.
