How to Use

Suggested Uses

Recommended Use: Used in aromatherapy as a nervine/calmative.

  • Add: Adults 18 and over: For a calming sensation, roll onto jawline, temples, pulse points and soles of feet up to three times daily as desired
  • Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage winding down and feeling at ease

Warnings: Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Avoid exposure of applied area(s) to the sun. Do not expose the applied area(s) to the sun for 24 to 48 hours after application. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. If you have broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, do not use this product. If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction, discontinue use.

HOW TO STORE: For best results, store all essential oil-based products in a cool, dry area away from direct heat, light and exposure to oxygen.

Nerve calming

"I didn’t think this would work but it does. Being in perimenopause, anxiety and the uncontrollable butterflies are sometimes hard to control. I gave this a try and within 15 minutes they were gone.
