Defective Model
"After enjoying this style of diffuser for years, I reordered a second one recently. It did not mist properly and stopped mid stream during the night. After a return completed and another replacement was received, the 2nd one also was defective. After reporting to Saje, I will order a different diffuser."
Go with a different model!
"I’m extremely disappointed with this diffuser. The touch button is incredibly finicky, sometimes it takes multiple attempts to turn on, and you have to remove and realign the lid before trying again. Other times, it simply doesn’t work at all. I’ve had to bring it back to the Saje store and have it replaced twice, and unfortunately, the replacements still have the same issue. At this point, I barely use it because I don’t want to spend several minutes fiddling with it just to get it working. I really wish I had purchased one of their other models. I would avoid this diffuser and go with one of their classic models instead. I honestly don’t understand how this one is still being sold."

"This is a beautiful diffuser. It packs a big punch for a smaller diffuser. I was surprised with how well the scent travelled in a larger room. I love the option to have the light off or on. I do wish the cord was a bit longer as I did have a hard time trying to find the perfect spot for it."

"The essential oils stick to the side and it's hard to clean - even if I use more or less than the recommended amount. I can also barely smell the essentials oils. I have a hard time knowing if the machine is running or not. I had higher expectations as I had heard amazing things about the Saje diffusers. I think it's a bit lackluster and I'm not very impressed. Does it work? yes. Does it work well? No"

"I bought this item on sale, and it is my first aroma machine. I like the feature that the light can be on or off. I also bought the Liquid Sunshine oil and it is a good blend. This little product has appeal because it is classy looking and unobtrusive. I would recommend this product as well as the citrus scent of Liquid Sunshine--you can add as much or as little as you like. I prefer about 8 drops and it is subtle in my space. I like that it has an automatic shut off. It is a very quiet running machine. Although I do hear a buzz through my stereo if it is on at the same time, but I am fine to not have the stereo on when I have the machine on."
